Nunziante Citro received the Laurea Degree in Electronic Engineering and the Ph.D in Information Engineering from the University of Salerno, Italy,  in 1998 and 2009 respectively. He received the Second  Level Specializing Master in Software Engineering, from the University of  Sannio, Benevento, Italy,  in 2002.

After graduation, he is with the research group of Electrotechnics of the DIIIE, University of Salerno, Italy. His activity research is concentrated on the treatment of biological cells by means of Pulsed Electric Field, in order to determine the conditions that cause the phenomenon of cell membrane permeabilization, both excitable cells that do not, caused by the action of the electric field (called electroporation). The research activity has lead to some scientific publications on proceedings of national and international conferences.
